"romeeka( sorry if I butchered your name) and Bailey are so sweet always said hello and carried a conversation... they made our stay that much better..The room was so clean it could've passed the white glove test.. They had some breakfast items and good. Coffee...... Our stay was excellent and please pass our praise to Romeeka and Bailey they deserve a raise Ps. If you were in the room next to us do you know how rude it is to open and slam the door at 3am? This is no reflection of the hotel some people are just rude"

"I'm leaving a Negative rate about your premises because some employees need to learn about customer service skills. I have brought a business partner to your establishment from overseas. After 14hrs flight, Jeffrey Harris whom was at the front desk had a serious attitude toward me and my guest. After ironically reminding him that he has a great customer service, he answered that he is trying and then asked me to leave the lobby, then he called the Frederick County Police on me and my Guest simply because I reminded him his role as a front desk person and the kind of service he should offer to any guests walking in this Hotel. What a nice way of presenting America to the face of a visitor on a business trip. Jeffrey Harris could have shown a better Customer service by cooperating with a guest checking in as his role is to accommodate all clients and uphold the standing of this business. This was a terrible experience, and I do not wish anyone to cross path with him."

"Great Professional Customer Service at Check in with Bailey. Great, Helpful young Lady Eric as well as Jeff did an EXCELLENT Job Helping Me to Extend my stay here. The General Manager Amena does an Amazing, EXCELLENT Job running the Hotel. I like the New Security System here in the Hallways as well as Outside. Very Safe here. Rooms are very clean and good prices here Also. Thank You to EVERYONE who works here. I would Highly Recommend this Hotel to EVERYONE."

"Says a hot breakfast. No cooked food available. Can make a waffle but the rest is all cold food. Rooms were adequate, no info about TV channels or area places. Beds were comfortable. Floor in bathroom was broken and where carpet meets tile floor was broken and hurt the feet when stepped on. Sink drain was clogged. Ice machine did not work."

"Stayed here over Thanksgiving for a few days and it was great. The price is right and the front desk guys were super friendly! To me that is a must. I had called the hotel before I arrived to ask some questions, and the next day I met Jeff in person and he was one of the nicest concierge I’ve ever encountered. I’m a late night person and the other man (didn’t get his name) who I spoke with was also super friendly & helpful. I slept well and everything was clean. Hope to stay there again next year."
