Thank you to all the maintenance crew for keeping our community clean and beautiful. The landscaping is also both well manicured and beautiful. Five stars to Todd for treating us with dignity and compassion. His warm, comfortable personality made us feel right at home. "Magnolia Haus is one fabulous reason to move into Frederick. The entire crew at this newly built luxury apartment home is professional and passionate about welcoming everyone. Jerald, and Todd are some of the nicest that you will want to meet. Bret is passionate and ready to help whenever needed. And lastly, the neighborhood is beautiful, peacefully quiet, and closer to everything (Excellent Mountain view, Shopping centers, Great Schools, etc.). Come check it out."
"We moved in in Sept and the experience was very good. Todd, Brett and Jerald were all gracious, responsive and very flexible. They went the extra mile at every step of the game. The apartment is lovely and quiet. The finishes are very attractive. I love driving away from the hub bub of downtown traffic toward the mountains and to this tucked away gem. Husband, pup and I are all so pleased to find this new home."
