"A different provider every time I go here, they all seem to be competent, but this is an area of health care that is nice to have consistency. Office time being 1.5 hours for a simple kidney stone checkup is beyond reasonable. Taking people in front of you that arrived after you is disconcerning, in today's digital age, especially with all the bells and whistles that UPMC has, you would think if they're running behind, they can let you know that beforehand, to keep things moving for entering."
