"I am not one of her clients. But I called on a Saturday to see if she was accepting new "patients." I explained the situation with my 16 year old cat who is a diabetic and was at a different vet the day before with a emergency visit. I was up all night with Toby, my cat, and very upset and concerned. The Cat Doctor answered the phone and probably spent a half hour on the phone with me. I felt so much better. I wish she was taking new patients because I would bring Toby to her immediately. I want to thank her so much for her taking her time with me when I am not even one of her clients. I think the world of her and never met her in person"

Shout-out to Lisa at the front desk who always knows each of the clients coming in and remembers present and past pets! Dr. Sobel was amazing with my two rats - one who needed 4 surgeries to remove tumors, and did so well under Dr. Sobel’s care. Now all of our cats go here, and we couldn’t be happier!"
