"Moldova is a beautifully clean, friendly food market, with a wide variety of options. I would even say upscale! Compared to most other specialty/ethnic food markets I’ve encountered I feel confident in saying so. The owners are very kind and helpful. They don’t carry the typical grocery store inventory. The shop is focused on European and Eastern European products that are truly delicious and enjoyable. If you’re not sure what something is or how to use it, Alexi and his wife are always available for an answer or suggestions. They have a very impressive selection of cured/dried sausages, cold cuts, hams, and a great diversity of cheeses! Not to forget to mention their wide selections of frozen foods, both sweet and savory. Fresh and frozen European breads, cookies, candles and a plethora of other goodies. The pickled foods are unique and delicious. Honestly I could go on and on, but please treat yourself to a wonderful experience shopping at Moldova. You will be amazed! I forgot to mention that they also offer a variety of wine now, with wine tastings on the weekend. You can’t go wrong!"
"I just saw this place and decided to have a look. It is well organized and seems to have a great selection of things you can’t find otherwise in the area. I picked up a couple treats for the family and everyone was happy. I plan to explore more options in the near future, and am very satisfied to come across this market."
