Best Buy

"I do not generally like Best Buy due to past experiences and screwed up policies. Unfortunately what I needed was only available at this store in Stafford. I was going on my lunch hour because the store that had items in stock was a bit of a drive and was closer and less traffic this time of day. So I am driving and called the store to make sure it is in stock. I believe I got a call center but didn't think of that at the time. So I am driving(on hand free speaker phone) and she states they only have two left. I was like great , I am on my way. So she asked if I wanted her to put one aside , ready for me. I said great. So she proceeds to send me a link on my email to verify and secure the hold. I informed here I was driving and can't access my account that I was in route and would be there in 20 min. She told me again she was going to send me a link. So finally she understood and sent me a text. I was at a stop light and opened the text to verify whatever. Not only was it verification, it was also to prepay for the item so they can have it ready. She was very insistent that I should pull over and fill out the form. I just hung up after that. I did give three stars because the young girls at the store were very nice."

"Store wasn’t heavily stocked. Looked like there not performing well. Went in for a camera battery charger. Hardly any selection or inventory available. Found one for my Nikon which was lucky that it was the right size. However the quality is a little janky and looks like something from Wish."

"Went in, and within 20 mins, I had purchased my my new garage frig and by having the tech package, they delivered and hauled it away. Just don't get no better than that. It was super easy and I'm really happy I went to best buy."

"Best Buy in Stafford is pretty descent. I 90% of the time buy online and pickup at the store. When I can’t find an electronics item at any other store I can usually find it here. Customer service is usually on point but on this last stop I made I was disappointed. They had 2 people at the door, no one at the cashier counter and when I went to pickup my item, there was someone there being helped. I’m patient but the rep there was trying to sell this customer some sort of new membership. The customer couldn’t make up his mind so the rep went into detail of how it was going to say money. This is annoying because I’m just here to pickup my item so I can go. The convenience was hampered in over the rep trying to make a sell, and mind you he never even acknowledged me standing there. I might have been a little less annoyed if he at least did that or tried to get someone else who wasn’t doing anything to come over and expedite my exit which is why I buy online for pickup. I understand the brick and mortar business model is fading and they need to make these sells but make sure to take care of the sale you already made. Just my $.02."
