"The front cashier was helpful to be very positive and the pharmacy staff were nice I just don't like waiting but that doesnt take away from them over all regardless of what other people say they were all helpful to me."

"This most recent visit the pharmacy seemed extremely put out to help me. I just needed a generic medication that was on the shelf, super easy, but the person that rang me up was so unfriendly. The people that worked back there tonight I think need some baseline politeness training."

"I visited store 2129 at 2614 Richmond Hwy in Stafford VA. CVS asked me for a review and I am surprised they would. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This store looks like a bomb went off and was ravaged by zombies. The workers are never present. They are rude and when you ask for help they act like you requested a kidney. They do not have a work dress code so you hardly can identify workers. I left a script to be filled here once and came back 5 days later and it wasn’t filled, they said they didn’t have my insurance or contact info. I asked for the script back to go else where and it was attached to a sheet of paper with all my information and insurance information. I stupidly went back again a few month later to pick up items and they overcharged me. I brought the items back 2 days later. No one was at the register and when an employee showed up, she told me to use self check out. I explained I wanted to return. She acted like I asked her to go play in traffic and refused to process the return. Even if there was a reason not to do it, she should have attempted. But she down right refused. She identified herself as a manager. Yet, she had no name tag or anything identifying that she actually worked there. I will not return to any CVS. They all are gross, but this one takes the cake on rude workers and unclean/chaotic stores."

"Zach has to be one of the worst employees there. I have been in the drive thru and he told other employees not to answer the phone when it was ringing. He has lied to me multiple times this week when I went to go get my medication. He always says oh it will be ready this day and then I go get it and it’s not ready well come to find out the medication has been on back order for 3 weeks!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!"

"If I could give this place zero stars I would ! This place is horrible stay away from here ! So I went today to pick a prescription up and I sat in line for 15 mins none of the cars were moving so I was like okay let me call to see what’s going on I called I said hello do you know why the line isn’t moving Jessica said PLEASE HOLD I waited 5 more minutes she never got back on the phone I got out of line and went in when it was my turn I asked “ why are you guys answering the phone saying please hold and not getting back to the phone i literally watched this happen 4x standing in line and why is the drive through not moving I sat there for 15 mins. Mr.Tough guy ZACH raising his voice at me we are busy you’re complaining just like everyone else does that comes in this store. Aren't you here picking your medicine up bc your sick I said no it’s not for me I call corporate and Mr.tough guy who said call matter of fact my name is Zach so I give them a call I get in the car and call..corporate places me on hold and Mr.tough guy lied and said I called him lazy. Yes I asked aren’t you an employee because he shouldn’t speak to customers the way he did he kept saying aren’t you a customer. It’s okay corporate is going to watch the cameras and listen to the audio. I hope the people that saw this behavior in line today you call corporate and report it someone that is working the pharmacy should not be raising their voice at customers."
