"I love Ross, I wish it was more organized, but I’m sure that is hard to do, I feel like I need to work here just to try to help get this place organized, I will say they greeted me and said hello which is rare these days I feel like. I was at target before this and must have seen 15 different workers which no one said hello. They do have good prices on shoes and bedding, love the cat scratchers. They have great Halloween decor. The clothing at this one didn’t have anything I liked, I think maybe it’s that in between season where it’s a hit or miss. I found some bed sheets, some baskets and some kitchen stuff that was awesome prices."

"They have a terrible customer service in this location “ Stafford VA” I was waiting in the return line as we normally use, and I didn’t notice they make it one line with the purchases, for more than 10 minutes in front of the cashier and she didn’t told me the change the line and she and her manager said I have to go to the very long line of people and wait !!!! They just rude people! Will not go there anymore!!"

"This Ross has a better selection than the Ross's nearby, however this store is TERRIBLE at making sure there is adequate staff during busy hours. You're better off coming here late at night when no one is there or early morning as soon as they open. It's also quite annoying how all the Cashiers care about is making sure you are "taking the black hangers off the clothes for a fast and easy checkout". How about putting more staff on the registers for a fast and easy checkout? Two specific managers are always walking around the store doing nothing instead of helping the line die down that is wrapped around the store. It's ridiculous."

"Though Ross is a great store with great prices, this store had a limited selection and was absolutely disorganized and a mess and honestly dangerous. Watched an employee almost fall in some price tags on the floor only to leave them there for someone else to get hurt. Looked like someone ate some taco bell and left their trash right on the displays. Was totally not impressed"
