"Unfortunately this CVS is almost always understaffed which leads to very very very long wait times and lines at the pharmacy, and also difficultly finding someone on the shop floor if you need help finding something. The staff that they do have are always very courteous and professional - so that is definitely a plus! But, I waited over 40mins recently at their drive-thru pickup line, and there were only two cars in front of me. Also with keeping stock of inventory, I have found that things I needed were sold out… So it can also be quite hit or miss from that regard as well."

"Parking lot always chaos and dangerous. Panhandler in front of store bothering sick and old people. Store is cluttered and no one to service you. Pharmacy and front cashier overwhelmed and undertrained. Not a manager in sight. Best advice, model this store like Cabin John store #1449 or close this store."

"Sat on hold today for over 150 minutes with the pharmacy. Originally calling from doctors office. One time after 37 minutes they picked up and instantly hung up. The remaining 110+ minutes they left us on hold. My roommate walked over to the store since we thought they might be busy but as usual the line was empty and they were just sitting behind the counter talking. One had earplugs in and was listening to music! A CVS customer for 30 years this has to be the worst CVS Pharmacy location in the country. The pharmacy staff are rude and unprofessional. I once went in and one of them coughed all over me and other customers in her checkout aisle. The stores floor is regularly dirty. There are lots of opened or broken containers in the Soap & Shampoo and toothpaste areas. I have gone to purchase a drink from the freezer probably two dozen times over the past year only to realize the drink was already opened with a bit missing. Gross!!! The one time I was going to buy pringles due to their sale 3 of the tubes I was going to purchase were already opened with some missing. I have never said "NOPE!" to a sale so fast in my life. The pharmacy wait times to answer the phone and the behavior of their staff after lunch hours and further into the evening are unprofessional and the store as a whole either needs to be shut down or be put under new management. If your not disabled then I would highly suggest going to the Wallgreens further down the pike. Or the other CVS further up the pike. Avoid CVS 799 Rockville Pike at all costs."

"Kudos to the pharmacy staff. They always do a great job no matter how busy. We have had several instances when we have requested generics from specific manufacturers and they have been happy to cooperate."

"This Store has consistently been Closed everyday at 9:pm since 07/22/2022 yet the hours don’t reflect that Truth so many people come look at the hours look at their watch & leave. Plz Update Your hours out of respect for your Customers PLEASE!!!!!! After reading some of the reviews it is abundantly clear no one cares…I am the 100th person to state the false report of 24hrs..Jus close this location so many customers shop else where anyway it’s not worth constant negative reviews."
