"I LOVE you ladies, your store and even your website! I can't wait to go back!! You have done and are doing such a wonderful job! Your love and compassion shines through in the careful thought that you put into each wonderful display, making the awesome variety of unique keepsakes as well as everyday use items even more enticing, the compassionate way that you always keep your customers in mind while pricing even the higher quality items (such as a fur coat) and in the Huge love in your hearts shared through your donations to charities!! ... and I absolutely love how you all interact with each other and the customers. You are so pleasant, accommodating and seem genuinely happy to be there! Makes all the difference! Thank you!!! Happy New Year!!"

"Initially I was going to head to Reddz but since I don’t like to deal with them or the Remix guy, I decided not to reward them now that I have fancy new items to give away. So, all the stuff from closing my eBay store is going to three charities. I donated about 6 large black bags of new with tags clothes to New4You. I didn’t go inside the store so not sure how it’s like as a shopper. They say they donate all proceeds to two local charities for child abuse victims and people in need of meals. I hope it’s true and it’s not going someplace else. Why I say this? I didn’t get a good vibe from the place. There were two ladies talking inside instead of helping an older petite woman who struggled with the heavy bags I had just brought after a phone call notifying them all of the delivery. The petite lady was cheerful and full of energy but it was not a good look for the shop, leaving one seemingly frail elder struggling on her own. One of the other ladies finally came by close to the door to make the look of trying to help us but she did not come outside. The other ladies really didn’t exude a giving spirit, nor did they appear willing to put in any effort into actually working. On my second trip I had planned to bring bags of brand new shoes, including UGGs, along with new Icebreaker clothes I still had to process, but after this experience I decided to donate all shoes and the rest of the new clothes to another organization which donates items directly to those in need. So that’s that. I am leaving Bethesda. It’s a hit and miss. Generally won’t miss this town."

"I've been here a couple time already, and it's such a nice store. The staff is already very friendly and they have new items every time I visit. On my last visit I found this awesome lava lamp that works great!"
