"Please add more than 1 cashier at any given time. Now that self checkout is limited to 20 items, I almost always have more items than that, yet wait behind others who don't prefer to use it even when they can. It used to be one manned express line and at least one other cashier. This should be the minimum in my opinion."
"Thanks to Giant catering services my small B-day celebration was a blast. I ordered the shrimp platter, fruit and cheese platters, and custom cake. Each department involved with my order did a great job. However, the Bakery department really had my birthday spirits high. - They squeezed me in their schedule so I could get my cake the next day. - They provided me with a cake design process that was creative and fun. - The cake was exactly what I wanted visually, and it tasted amazing. This Giant's bakery department is the BOMB."

"On the whole, it's a good store. The biggest problem I've encountered is that the shelf price tags aren't the same as the prices at checkout. They need someone to go around and fix that issue. Also there's a big turnover on staff, I seldom see the same employees more than a few times before they hire someone new. It didn't used to be that way. Regardless of that, everyone who works there is nice."
