"85% of the time I go here, they don’t even have my prescriptions. THEY are supposed to call the doctor for an alternative, but always make me. The entire pharmacy staff is extremely rude and useless. They act like you’re bothering them when you go there, even though this is what they get paid for. But the girl with the long dreads REALLY takes the cake there. Rolling her eyes at customers. Cutting them off, speaking over them. Not only has she done this to me, but I have watched her first hand do this to several other customers trying to get their prescriptions. Whoever is in charge of hiring for the pharmacy should be fired for the pathetic crew they hired."

"When you are using the regular store the employees are always polite happy and welcoming. Generally a great experience until you go to the pharmacy. Hit or miss pharmacy, they always seem so understaffed that it becomes ridiculous. Last prescription that was sent to them I waited 2 hours before heading down, they told me I could wait but, I would be sitting there for at least another 2 hours so it is "up to me." I asked to transfer my prescription elsewhere when I was told by one of the pharmacy techs I would need the pharmacist to "approve" that. There seems to be no sense of urgency on their part and it is almost like they are 2 different stores in the building."

"I went in today and received my Covid booster vaccine. I was taken immediately with no wait at all. Peter was professional and very courteous. I did not feel the needle at all. I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this CVS and I would not hesitate to go back again!"
