"I would give it 5 stars if it were just the pharmacists and one particular assistant. There are 2 assistants that are just straight up robotic and speak to the computer screen. “Last name””date of birth” “address”. I mean it’s like I’m not a person. Then on the other hand, there’s I think her name is Christina, she doesn’t even need to ask my name she already knows me, very impressive. Although, I do have a million prescriptions. Also, one of the pharmacist knows me by name as well, it makes me feel like I’m a customer and not just a “date of birth”. Christina is also extremely pleasant on the phone."

"Worse customer service around. Show some compassion. They could not tell Me how long it would take to fill a prescription for a Z Pak for my sick 81 year old mother. He said maybe 5 minutes maybe 45 minutes. No one was waiting and he couldn’t even take 5 minutes to fill the prescription. We have since changed pharmacies. This is why Acme stories are going out of business. Poor customer service."
