"Went here for the spa and the pool. It was a very nice location and a very peaceful reset. We needed help with our passes and Sheryl who was at the help desk was very helpful and caring. She made calls on our behalf and helped us to get back on track of having a great stay. The pool was amazing especially the indoor to out one. The spa I I can't think of her name ( might of been sandy) was amazing!!! They tended to us very well. The only thing I was not happy about was the food at kites restaurant the quality was just not good at all and the lunch menu was limited."

"Sussex County is already deemed the quite county and it goes to show. I stayed at Minerals Hotel. Nothing was great about this place but it was peaceful. If you are staying here the pool indoor and outdoor options are good enough. The best night was the dinner and a show option. Other then that it's a regular hotel which is pretty pricey and the rooms at best are rated at a 2-3 star. Service isn't bad but no one goes out of their way to serve you."

"Great staff! Great Value! The selling points for us was the "TWELVE GOATS OF CHRISTMAS". We came from NYC and in all honesty we have seen many SPA, RESORTS and white gloves service. What we need although is real people and real service. Minerals did it and a very reasonable price and was able to transmit us the joy we were looking for. Interacting with the baby goats was extremely fun, and the staff managing that activity were great! I forgot all my worries and stress of living in NYC. Archery class was a BIG PLUS as well. Carolina ( I think that was her name ) was extremely nice with us shooting arrows. Indoor pool and Sauna was great but should have a higher cleanliness standards, especially the floor. Perhaps enforce sandals and no outside shoes, selling sandals would be a good idea as well."

"This Hotel is beautiful. Staff VERY accommodating and pleasant; at the front desk as well as in the coffee shop and restaurants. The Spa pools are absolutely lovely/great gym facility as well. Grounds are beautiful. Shuttle service/driver was GREAT. Provided great sing-a-long on way back from Wedding we attended at the Crystal Springs Resort, just down the road. :) Great stay! Thank you!!
