"First poor experience at a cvs. I will be transferring my scripts to Ringwood. It's farther away, but their service and staff are superior. I've never experienced a pharmacy tech who used anger to address the fact that she misspoke and refused to listen to what I was saying/asking. Clearly I am able express myself, but this young lady did not want to hear what I was trying to say."
"If every appointment is booked through for two weeks everywhere within 20 miles of me, could you make it a little easier to discover that than forcing me to individually check each location for each day only to be told over and over that their is no availability? Extremely infuriating waste of time"
