"We had a terrible experience here. NP Deborah Hawley - has little patience and terrible bedside manner. My son was not happy about being there and crying and she told him "sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do". She also pretty much told us we were bad parents and recommended a book for us to read. We will be finding another provider. This treatment makes you wonder why someone would be a work with children when they have no patience."

"All my children have been seen by this office for years and I have always been happy with the care they provide. They are quick and efficient, the nurses and doctors are caring and great with the kids. Same day appointments have never been an issue unless it’s a peak season and everyone is sick which is understandable, the wait times during this season Will also be bad, but it isn’t as if they are doing it on purpose. No they don’t have kids books or activities, it isn’t a playground it’s a doctors office. Yes they will give you advice on what’s good or not good for your child if you’re offended by that then maybe you should go to med school and get a degree."

Second, when you need a sick appointment, they always get you in the same day. They have a deep bench of doctors and nurse practitioners, so you can always get seen. Third, they see you on time. The time they give you for your appointment is the time you get seen."

"I am a new new mom who was recommended this practice from a list given by my OB/GYN. So far, the service and level of care has been AMAZING. The nurses and front desk staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We have seen Stephanie at every visit so far, and she is seriously the greatest! She is very attentive to all of my questions and concerns as a new momma, and takes time to explain things in the most comforting and caring way. I have called and left messages with the office a couple times as well with (probably silly/minor) concerns about my baby, and I've gotten a call back within an hour or two every time, even for things that I think to myself are probably basic. As a new mom I have a lot of anxiety about every new little thing that happens that I don't have experience with (I think that is normal, right??)
