"Don’t waste your time with this CVS. They basically don’t want you there. They keep going around in the back as if they are assembling a rocket that’s about to be launched and put on a show. Literally they want you to leave them alone and get the hell out. Please stay away and save your sanity."

"It was a very entertaining lesson in passive aggressiveness one employee bestowed upon me. I was offended at first like most people but it was so rude I was bemused. We traded snippy comments back and fourth. They fixed their issue and I gratefully walked out of the most toxic work environment I’ve encountered. 95% of the staff were nice and friendly, just overworked."

"This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have eve been to. They text and say your medicine is ready and when you show up to get it they say it is not ready yet. This has happened to me multiple times. They constantly have long lines and do not have good customer service skills. I would recommend going to any other pharmacy and will be doing this moving forward."

"HORRIBLE. They lack customer service to include the pharmacist! I was on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. I called again and I spoke with the pharmacist she answered my question and just hung up. There was no good bye, thank you for calling nothing. CVS should train their employees on basic telephone etiquette and if someone can’t speak English then don’t allow them to service customers."

"I wish there was an option for 0 star. I'm disappointed to give CVS a one-star review. The customer service is far from satisfactory. Unanswered phone calls and rude staff have become the norm. I strongly urge CVS management to re-train their staff on basic customer service skills. Presently, it's a poor customer experience that needs immediate improvement."
