I reached out to the store for assistance, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was quite disappointing. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and even hung up on me. I tried explaining the issue and even contacted Roblox, who confirmed that the gift card was never activated. Despite providing evidence, the store's customer service manager and the store manager were both unhelpful and discourteous. They informed me that they would not refund or charge the card for me, essentially leaving me without the $50 I had spent. I believe in giving honest feedback to help businesses improve, but in this case, I would advise others to stay away from this place due to the unpleasant customer service experience. It's essential that businesses prioritize treating their customers with respect and professionalism."
"I excitedly went to cash in a lottery ticket and was met with the rudest employee + customer service who was in charge of the lotto area. She was clearly uninterested in helping me and gave rude replies and rolled her eyes at me when I attempted to get assistance, as I’ve never gone to cash winnings before. I was frustrated and upset, and altogether felt unwelcome. I enjoy this location, but I am really disappointed from this experience."
