"Highly recommend this thrift store not only for the merchandise and cleanliness, but also for the staff!! I’ve never seen employees so calm and de-escalating when dealing with a foul mouthed customer causing a scene because they didn’t have fitting rooms open. The fitting rooms aren’t open because of theft issues, but the store prices are decent and reflect that. This store has some great finds so if you haven’t had the chance to stop by the Ashburn Hopes Treasure, I hope you can make the time to check it out!"
"What??? This is in my neighborhood and never made it to give them credit for everything they do for the community. Been getting my outfits here, and some basic stuff for household needs; school supplies and re-creating stuff on what I could use. Hit or miss! You may find lots of treasures here and at times, I come home empty-handed. ❤️ coming here! Part of my monthly rotation."
"Whomever was working in the evening on 7/29 turned off the lights while customers were still in the store around 6:52. It is understandable that they close at 7 and want to wrap up business on time. However, the person working inside has an opportunity to communicate more clearly and respectfully with shoppers. Isn’t it a bit dangerous to turn off alllights when people may have disabilities that impact vision? I understand slightly dimming, but yikes! When customers come in close to closing, please give exact directions and honor the time you said shoppers have. —It felt pretty disappointing and disrespectful. —Some of us only have a sliver of time to shop every month. If it closes at 7, please allow people to at least 6:55"
"I love to take a look through this small gem of a store! From gently worn clothes to interesting electronics… this store will occupy a great thrifter for an hour or more. This is a treasure trove that you must comb through but it’s well worth it. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable!! Please stop on by :)"
