"This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The staff is incredibly apathetic and rude. By "rude" I mean interrupting me and literally yelling on the phone because of an error they made that I was trying to understand. Their apathy is nothing new either, they've been completely useless for the last 2 years. No one is ever on the same page. You talk to 3 employees, you get 3 different answers. When I told my doctor about how horrible they were, they said that it wasn't the first time they've had patients complain about them and change pharmacies. I really wish they were better since they're right by my house, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank God there's CVS down the street!"

"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Made an online appointment to get a flu shot today at 3:40pm. Received a confirmation email for my appointment. Arrived at 3:35pm and was told by a pharmacist that “we don’t do appointments. Just have a seat and we’ll be with you.”. Ok, so much for making that online appointment. Waited 35 minutes. Went back up after the line had finally cleared, and asked her what the status was. She then asked another pharmacist if they could do it (clearly she hadn’t asked anyone before) then came back to me and said it will be about another 10 minutes until they could do it. If I hadn’t got back in line again and asked about what was going on, I guarantee I would’ve been sitting there until it closed. I ended up leaving without a flu shot 40 minutes after my confirmed appointment time because I needed to be somewhere.. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be switching to the Walgreens pharmacy on Creek View Plaza."

"I had to urgently add funds to my mom’s PayPal Debit Card Account for her to pay urgent care bill. At this Walgreens location, store manager and cashier refused to help me to load cash at the store to PayPal account. Their argument that Walgreens does not provide such service or collects fee for it. I was shocked by their commitment not to help me even after explaining my case and showing that such service exists for $3.95 fee. I showed my PayPal app where I clicked on Walgreens logo to generate bar code with instructions for cashier. Still no help from them. Later, I have found a CVS store 5 miles away, and I completed my transaction in 10 minutes there. I really hope Walgreens Customer Service knows how to handle store transactions in better way"
