"What a horrible CVS. This location has been run into the ground over the past year. The horrible manager, Tina, yells at both employees and customers, and even refuses to check people out if the self-checkout is available. So many products are out of stock and the shelves stay empty for weeks. Pharmacy seems to be poorly managed too, as I have a problem EVERY time I pick up my medications. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Also... CLEAN THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR STORE! At night, it looks like this location is decorated for Halloween with the massive wall of cobwebs across your windowfront."

"Avoid this CVS at all costs!!! The manager, Tina, is one of the rudest people in customer service. She follows you around and makes you use the self checkout, while she stands and watches the entire time. They also never have fully stocked shelves, and if you need medicine, forget about it! The most incompetent pharmacy and pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with. They told my doctor that my RXs would be ready by 2pm. I went at 5pm and was the only person in line. The pharmacist ignored me for almost 15 minutes, while a line of four more people formed behind me. When I asked the pharmacist to please check us out, she yelled back with “Do you see anyone else working back here?! I’m by myself and you’ll have to wait.” When she finally came over to help the customers, I was told that my meds were not filled and that she had to leave early, so I’d have to come back tomorrow. Lol what?!?! Switched pharmacies immediately and will not be going back."

"I want you guys, as a store that “cares” about people’s health, how you don’t have any cold water available for sale on a 80 degree day when your coolers are sitting there empty. No I will not be buying a 3 pack of Fiji water that’s warm for $20. What an absolute embarrassment on the company"

"Seems to be very slow and confused these days. Last couple times we picked up prescriptions there were issues. Not sure if it is too little staffing or poor staffing but the change is noticeable."

"Decent store...sales employees Tyler, Bree, Samantha, Nora & Chris are professional and nice. Store Manager is terrible, no manners for customers or her employees. Their self checkout never works which ultimately leads you to a cashier- waste of time. However, Tina (store manager) will force customers in using the self checkout kiosk while she lazily stands around. Whenever I shopped there, she is always yelling or criticizing her employees on the sales floor in front of customers. I've seen her numerous times yell and argue with vendors as well. Only reason I even shop here is because it's very convenient for me."
