"Doctor Joy Butler is amazing to work with HOWEVER the other employees and call center is TERRIBLE they never answer their phone yesterday I had to call four different times and got sent to voicemail each time and this is not just a one time thing this is a regular occurrence each time but they sure like to call as soon as I have a copay of course also i called TWO WEEKS in advanced to cancel an appointment and she confirmed and understood I was canceling only to find out I was confirmed as a no show and was charged 50 dollara not sure if this is incompetence, bad business, or shady practices, again love the doctor but not worth dealing with"
"Wonderful providers. HORRIBLE front office staff. I have to call monthly to sort a something out. Called today because I need my child’s ENTIRE prescription transferred and the front desk person didn’t understand and called back to tell me to fill it at the pharmacy I informed her is out of medication. When I called again to fix it she called me a liar and hung up on me. Twice."
"I have seen many doctors to manage my medication’s.Altahir Behavioral health is by far one of the best places I have been. I love Sarah K, she has been amazing to work with. She always listens to what I need. She is very kind and compassionate. The office is always available when I call to make appointments. This is a very knowledgeable and professional group that I would recommend to everyone. They also see my daughter, so I believe they can work with all ages ! If you’re looking for help with mental health, this is a great place to go"
"Dr. Awadalla is so empathetic, thorough, and both physically and intuitively observant. She really focuses on the best treatment for my son, and she’s not eager to change medications or up doses. She gives him “space” to improve, as she understands that medication is not a magic pill and will power as well as the desire to be better will enhance the positive effects of medication. I’m very happy with the support she provides for my family!"
"Great service, awesome doctors. Would have been 5 stars but they never answer the phone. It seems like email is their preferred method of communication since that’s the only way I’ve been able to contact the office."
