"Horrible experience! I was sick. Went in for check up and dont have an insurance. I believe the nurse was middle eastern but she asked me how long have i been sick for. I told her two days. She gave me nothing but told me to take an OTC medication and charged me 165$$. If it was an OTC medication i could have gone to the pharmacist and have gotten a recommendation for free. Do not go there for check ups. They just care to make money."

"Went in for some routine tests and a flu shot. In and out in no time, super helpful staff. Everything was great."

"Went in just over a week ago. They managed to barely get the thermometer in my ear so it showed I had no temperature, even though I know I did. Then told me that I just had something viral. No real tests, even though I had Covid symptoms. I ended up going to my doctor a few days later and had the flu. Too late by then to take anything for it. But I probably could have if I had been tested for it when I first came here. This is not the only minuteclinic I've had bad experiences with."

"I've been to this minute clinic about 2 times so far. Each time was spread out by 5 years. First time I had a horrible cough and while she diagnosed me properly - she was not welcoming at all. I left not wanting to go back. 5 years later, I had to get a doctors note for another bad cough and the same thing happened with the same doctor - she didn't introduce herself, wasn't welcoming at all, she asked me how I felt but there were some symptoms I didn't even think to mention and that's where I was expecting her to do her part and ask me a series of detailed questions. She did the regular exam and told me I basically had a cold and I paid $140 for that. She was also really quick to prescribe me meds though and since I wasn't happy with her examination, I declined and told her I'd continue home treatment instead. In all honestly, my pets get better medical care than the treatment at this place and that's utterly sad. This place gets two stars. I could give them one but they deserve one for at least being there to help people - even if you may leave with more questions than answers."

"My daughter went in on Thursday with a severe sore throat. She was given a rapid strep test which came back negative and a culture was sent to the lab. We were told that if the culture came back positive, we would be notified with 48 hours. Otherwise, she should take Advil for the pain and over the counter allergy medication. We were never contacted again and my daughter's sore throat continued. On Monday, we went to the new Patient First clinic on Fairfax Blvd. My daughter was again tested for strep throat and was found to be positive. She was provided with an anti-biotic and is now improving. My daughter suffered needlessly for 4 days. I have no confidence in the nurses at the minute clinic in Springfield and do not recommend that you go there."
