I have never had an issue with any piece of equipment I have rented. My only complaint is I wish they listed the equipment they had online as well as pricing."
"the “boss” there (i’m assuming) was rude and seemed like he didn’t want business that bad! while hubby was inside (about 10-15 mins) deciding which rental to get & paying, this “boss” asked an employee “is he even gonna get anything” with a sour attitude a few times. not knowing i was sitting in the truck with the windows down hearing it. the employee knew i was there so he answered “i’m not sure” very nicely. once hubby was out and loading the rental, that boss never came out lol only employees helped. they failed to say it needs to be cleaned before or you’ll be charged. and also waited to say once it was on the trailer that the warranty doesn’t cover the exposed hoses which apparently break very often. they break often so you decide to not cover them? lol money hungry. will be going to sunbelt for now on. wanted to support a small business but never mind."
"I have been looking for replacement beaded chains for my outdoor solar shades and can't find them anywhere and this place was recommended. They did not have them but this nice lady did try and search them for me on the internet. She made a recommendation to try a few blind stores but unfortunately that didn't pan out. I appreciated the effort though."
"Our main drain to the septic tank was clogged and a plumber wanted to charge me $65.00 just to diagnose. I rented the drainage pipe cleaning machine from La Plata Mill & Supply Co for about the same price. The machine worked excellent. It took me about 1-2 hours to remove my basement toilet and clear the clog with the machine. Thanks for helping me save a ton of $$$!"
