"SMO has great delivery and customer service; and easy payment options and on-line portal. The service has been consistent for more than 10 years I've used them. And, today was no different with a call back option so I don't have to wait on hold - Lina at customer service called me right back and helped me with on-line payment and login issues within minutes I was back to my work and problems solved. The are a great company all around."

"I am highly disappointed with SMO. For some reason they can’t get my delivery right. I paid for oil on Monday and said the oil would be delivered by Wednesday. Thursday comes and they say we can’t get your oil spout because of your bushes. I trim my bushes as much as I could to make the spot visible and a clear pathway. They come the following Monday and the delivery guy leaves a notes saying the bushes need to be cut. Their drivers just simply don’t want to do their job unless it’s right in front of them and I am tired of it. I never had an issue about this with Petro but obviously SMO does not hold the same standard of excellence and customer service. I will be getting a refund and going with another company. Don’t waste your time!"
