"Called up and spoke with a very rude woman named Bobbie who proceeded to get irate on the phone towards me when I asked her if she sold a particular product. It was totally uncalled for. Then she hangs up on me as I'm describing the item I'm trying to order. I've ordered plenty of these over the past 13 years that I've had an account at Sherwin Williams. She raised her voice and was incredibly rude. I've never encountered such horrible customer service let alone an incredibly poor attitude towards another human being. I will be contacting my rep and corporate office as to how bad this was."

"Fast and easy! I used their website to place my order which is very cool as you can use a virtual tool to see the paint color on your actual project. I also called the Bel Air store before I placed my order online and spoke to Mike. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Mike went out of his way to not only answer my questions but also checked his inventory and confirmed he had everything in stock. The website states to allow 2 hours for orders but they had it ready in 15 minutes (In addition this was all done right before they closed for the evening - I figured it probably wouldn't be ready until the following day but I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was ready) I appreciate "Excellent Customer Service" Thank you Mike!"
