"I didn’t want to have to write this review but if I don’t this kind of customer experience will continue and that is not okay. I will take time to provide feedback and observations based on my most recent visit. I came in to check a return this evening at the Bel Air Homesense location. Upon entering the store it was nice as usual and I went up to counter to discuss a receipt where there was return amount in question. I engaged customer support at the counter who was a nice girl. She then referred me to her manager who wasn’t very professional and could use sensitivity training. She was very loud, borderline confrontational and quite rude when discussing my issue. Other people in store didn’t need to know what my issue was. It was quite off putting to say the lease. Though she was very loud I always kept a low conversational volume. Now Ive experienced pleasant experiences with other managers in that store and they were very understanding but this woman was quite rude and course. I didn’t experience this kind of awkward transaction with other managers at the store in past visits. I haven’t seen her before. She mentioned her name but I will not add it here. I understand there are a lot of customers that come in and out but the store wasn’t busy at the time. The entire experience dealing with her was very disappointing, especially because I spend a lot of money in Homesense. Also I was asking for due diligence. Maybe she was having a bad day, I’m not sure, but that shouldn’t be shared with the customer."

"Great selection of items, always a great place to stop if you want quality and already put together furniture. We shop here often and always find great deals. They’re super helpful and will help you load into your car, they won’t secure it though. Home Depot is across the street from here if you want to rent a $19 truck."

"Excellent prices and lots of great finds. Fair warning, if you see something you like buy it ASAP, it may not be there the next time you stop by. And the store is unable to place orders for anything, whatever shipments they get, that’s what there is. Kitchen wares are very well priced, furniture runs on the more pricey side but that’s to be expected. Who wants cheap furniture?"
