"People always joke about these big parts stores they need year make model and can only tell you what computer says. But it's not always true, as someone who modifies everything I own I needed a smaller belt for my alternator because I had put an aftermarket one on. Dude at counter took me back to belts and we found something that worked perfectly."

"If you need an autoparts store where you want to get the completely wrong parts for your vehicle, this is the place to go. Completely wrong front and rear brakes. Sucks because I argued with him about what the front and rear look like. Now I have to return the wrong brakes for the right ones at another location where they can properly read the screen. The best part was that it was the know it all manager. I do love being right, though."

"Every time I get parts from this autozone they are wrong! Any questions I ask they either don't have an answer or are wrong. 2 times now I was supposed to get a $20 store credit reward both times it just disappeared and I was told to call customer service about it. Go anywhere but here if you can. If you have to come here verify the parts you numbers yourself to ensure you are getting what you actually need."

"Purchased a battery at this location. When purchasing, I was asked for my telephone number. I advised the gentleman behind the counter I did not want to give out my number, as I don't need any more spam calls when these companies sell off this information to third parties. The gentleman said no problem and advised me I had 90 days to bring back the old battery for a return on my core charge. I brought back the old battery on 05-15-23. Jim was the associate I dealt with. Jim then asks for my telephone number. I advised him I don't have one on file with them as I do not want to give it out. With a nasty look on Jim's face he looks at me and says "you don't have a telephone number?" Repeating myself, I again told Jim I don't have one on file with them and am not going to give it out. Jim then tells me he cannot return my core charge without a telephone number. I advise Jim this is not what I was told when purchasing the battery. I then asked Jim if I should just take the battery and leave then. Without saying anything Jim aggressively spins the computer screen around towards me and shoves his finger at the screen pointing at the box that says "customer telephone number". Now, for the third time, I tell Jim I am not going to give out my telephone number and that I can just take the battery if he does not want me to leave it there. Jim, again not saying anything, spins the computer screen back around. He then pauses, gasps, then begins banging the keyboard with his index finger. Jim then says to me "I need a telephone number for the warranty." I advised Jim I do not need a warranty and for the fourth time not going to give him my telephone number and do not need the attitude he was giving me and again told him I could just leave with the battery if he wished. Once again without speaking Jim begins banging on his keyboard. He then prints out my receipt and hands it to me. I tell Jim I don't appreciate his aggressive behavior towards me as it was completely uncalled for. I turn to leave and say to Jim that I would make sure to leave a review of my experience at this location and he then has the audacity to say that I was being "rude" for not giving him my telephone number. This is not my first run in with AutoZone and being asked for my telephone number. At a different location when purchasing wiper blades at checkout and asked for it and telling the clerk I do not want to give it out I was looked at and the clerk stated to me "what,....you don't want to save money?" Hey, I get it, some people want to join these companies "reward" programs and or warranties. I however, choose to not. Clearly, AutoZone has trained its staff to do whatever it takes to obtain your personal information, to include speaking down to, be aggressive, and lie to its customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"The manager Jeremy and his staff went above and beyond to help me with my car which had left me stranded. I can't say enough good things about them. I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have had a lot of experience with auto parts stores. I can truly say that this group of guys took it to another level. I think that other auto parts should follow there lead for I have not experienced this much help in years. Thank you guys very much for all you'll help, I truly appreciate it! Johnny"
