"Tried getting help from an employee but no one wanted to help. Store is large & clean & has large selection but the selections are not size inclusive ( had sooo many styles but each style only goes to about size 8 for women). Left thoroughly frustrated & disappointed."

"It's ok. I think it's overpriced, even when they have sales. You can find the comparable shoes elsewhere for less. But they have a large selection and unlike some stores, seem to have many sizes in stock. Parking is easy. Carpet inside was dirty. However, the staff at the counter was really nice."

"DSW has a wide selection of shoes and accessories. I like that you can find a pair of shoes but also a purse, wallet, socks, and other accessories. Join their mailing list and download their app for coupons and offers, usually the coupons are valued at $10-20 off plus they accept multiple coupons and discount codes on one transaction. Sometimes there are free gift offers ( blankets & totes etc... )"
