"Customer service is top notch. They are so friendly and there if you need them, but otherwise leave you alone to browse which I appreciated. I went to this store and nearby marshalls and famous footwear and found the same exact show I liked at this place and FF and went back to this place because they were $20 cheaper, bigger selection, nice full inventory and the customer service. I will definitely be back here next time I need shoes."

"I was disappointed in the other two shoe/sporting goods stores in the shopping center, and missed Shoe Dept. I was leaving lunch today and told my wife about my frustrations when we spotted Shoe Dept. A lot of small/discount shoe stores have an inventory problem. You can find the shoe you want, but good luck finding your size. Shoe Dept had the goods, and I found both a pair of slip-ons for around the house and a pair of sneakers for weekends and workouts. The staff greeted us, offered to help throughout, and were very friendly. Good job! This is the place you want."
