"We read a lot of these reviews before picking an urgent care vet and we really had a great experience from the time we booked. For background, our pup broke a back claw under the skin from running in the snow. I was nervous, he was nervouse. This is a dog whose nails he never let me cut. Booking was extremely easy. I liked how was could choose a time to come esp. since it was snowing and it wasn't emergent, but something we had to get taken care of. Our usual vet who we have been for over 15 years couldn't fit us in online for 2 weeks and by phone it was a day-to-day checking in to see if someone had canceled. We checked in easily and were greeted as we entered by the friendliest person. The facility was really clean, and everyone we encountered was so friendly. Dr. Aaron was really great, She had good beside manner with our pup and put us at ease. The treatment plan was explained and we were provided a reasonable estimate. Everything went smooth and they even took the time to try to make him a small waterproof booty since it was snowy outside. We received a call the next day to check in on him. "I picked up my Booster from puppy day care and he had hurt his paw. I scheduled an appointment and brought him in. They checked him out and all the staff was very friendly. Very clean and efficient. They even called for a follow-up check in to see how he was doing!"

"I was referred here by the emergency vet when they weren’t able to take my Buddy who started coughing on a Sunday afternoon. The place itself is very clean and comfortable, and there was no wait. Jessi the tech and Dr. Canty were both great and were kind and gentle with Buddy. Prices are pretty decent here compared to other vet pricing in the area which is a huge plus. They give you an itemized estimate before starting treatment and I didn’t feel pressured at all with the options they recommended. Definitely way more convenient and wallet-friendly than an emergency vet hospital when your regular vet’s office is closed. Thank you for all you guys do!"

"My Minnie was not feeling well with an upset stomach. It was a Sunday, so her vet was not available. I did a search and found this place. There was an appointment available in less than an hour. The place was clean and they treated us promptly and kindly. I loved that they shared an itemized cost beforehand and they were respectful when I declined some of the tests to keep the cost down. We left within an hour and a half with medications and basic treatments for her condition. I am glad I found this place. My dog got better starting that same night. Thank you!"

"We were looking for an affordable place to take our fur baby to get checked out, she did not feel good. They took a look at her and she was send home with medication which helped her feel better. Before running any tests, they discuss prices with you which is great so you are aware of the bill. We really appreciate everyone being so kind!
