"Think twice before bringing your pets here. I've been a client for 12 years... Now it turned into a 'Train Wreck' where I'm scared to return with my furry friend. Vets pulling up the wrong patient! Trying to give a cat a simple sub-Q vaccination....3 times? Receptionist calling to tell me to discontinue medication before a visit... MY CAT WASN'T ON MEDICATION. The receptionist said she'd change the record... Since when do receptionists change medical records? They may have had a few bad days... But NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF MY CAT! I even asked to have the vet call me regarding this... Never got a call and that shows how much they care."

We have been coming here for about 2 years now and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. They have been there for us after our dog hurt her leg in the dog park. The doctor was very sweet and gentle with our big baby and helped us learn how to properly care for our dog during this time."

"Had multiple visits in this hospital and every time staff was really nice and kind to us. We needed to do dental cleaning today, they took a very good care of my cat before and after anesthesia, made sure it’s safe for her to go home! I read on some comments below how people keep saying how rude and unprofessional Dr. Voughan is in comments, but I disagree. Yes, she is not rude at all, she is just more straight forward and strict in her tone and manner of speaking which is good when you need a definitive answer about your pet health, she is a very good doctor and proved that by taking a good care of our cat. Thank you guys to all you team for making sure Cherry was safe!"
