"Their stock is unreliable, their staff are often hard to find or to get to help, their prices are high for most things, and the last couple times I visited there was some sort of large mess or heinous smell (but not the same one). There are better pet stores, heck there better PetSmart's, a short distance away. I suggest you patron them instead."
"Great selection and mostly friendly staff. I take my dogs here for grooming and sometimes for day camp. The play area is a little small for the number of dogs they have in there, but not excessively so. The groomers have done a generally good job with both my pups."
"Petsmart always has a nice clearance section and good things on sale. During this trip they even had a Santa Claus who my dog absolutely loved. She's a big dog now, but she really wanted to sit in his lap and give him kissed. Special Thanks to the Santa and helper who made sure I got great photos! Petsmart went above my expectations. "I took my dog, a Lab-Hound mix, to get groomed at this location while visiting my parents. I picked him up from getting only a bath and brush, so not cutting necessary because he has fine hair and picked him up with a 2 cm cut on his neck. Didn’t call me when they finished and was poor at answering their phones."
