"This is the most insane place when it comes to customer service. Any time a Rep cannot or will not give out a simple fax number so patient orders can be faxed over is exactly that, insane. Labcorp has been around long enough that it can do better than that. If the numbers have changed online than make sure the new numbers are reflected. This is about patient care and if Labcorp is not onboard with this than I truly wonder at the accuracy and efficiency of their whole process."

"There are no professionals in this location and everyone is rude. Big, big! screw up in our last visit. The technician prepared only one tube and missed a second test that was required and listed on the page. We cannot even repeat the blood draw because it was supposed to happen before the start of medication. I got the impression the technician was not very competent because he put the name sticker on the tube after getting the blood, which seems to me would be in the wrong order as you have to ensure the sample is placed in the proper tube. Plus wait times at this location are long even with appointments. And they don't have enough chairs or space in the waiting room."
