"I have gone to caring hands for years and always had amazing service. Recently I had worked with one of the vets to get a Health Certificate done since I'm moving overseas and there was a breakdown in communication and other problems that honestly forced me to seek another vet because of the strict restrictions of the certificate requirements I couldn't wait for a response that never came despite numerous follow ups. My other appointment fell through the day before and in a panic and five other failed attempts with other vets, I ended up having to go back to Caring Hands Ashburn and was met with a wonderful worker named Lindsey. She was above and beyond patient with me as I explained the situation and my frustration. Ya'll need to give that woman a raise she was so incredibly nice, professional and patient with me who was no doubt freaking out and babbling on the phone incoherently. She was able to quickly get an appointment for me and shout out to Dr.Pitts as well for her patience with such a strict timeline to get my fur babies seen."

Our vet Dr. Dan was amazing with iroh and got us in and out and taken care of with the same compassion and attentiveness as the centreville location."
