"I have brought my dog here several times in the past, but I'll never bring him here again because they were so harsh shaving his paw pads that they literally ripped the skin off of his paws. I don't understand how that's possible... how rough do you have to be to do that? He was limping immediately when I picked him up, and when I got home I realized his paw's skin was ripped off, on all four of his feet. I have taken him to numerous grooming places, and I have never had that experience at any other place. I'm still upset thinking about this... I can't imagine how painful that would have been for my dog, and this for sure qualifies as malpractice."

Dog is happy, clean and looks fabulous Staffs are very courteous and knowledgeable and very good consultation on how best to grooming. Scheduling are accommodating and really good store. We will come back routinely. Love this store."

"Love this Grooming location! The Groomers are exceptionally great at grooming my long-haired chihuahua Mango. The best thing is that I can tell that they really adore every 4 legged buddy that walks through the door! Plus this store has the most adorable treats that I can give Mango right after his grooming. In the beginning I was kind of hesitant of going to a grooming location, but they assured me that everyone was wearing masks through the whole process and that if I wanted I could even do a curbside drop-off and pick up! Overall amazing service and I will definitely be back for next time!"

"Loved this place. They even have baby gates in front of the door inside and to prevent your fur babies fr escaping into the streets once in the shop! They have excellent choices of quality accessories, grooming supplies, and treats (they even have turkey feet). They have small birthday cakes and cookies. The prices are great as well. We came for grooming for my 15 year old Shih Tzu and 1 year old Lhasa Apso. I asked for summer cut and with teddy bear face. I am very pleased with the results. Everyone seemed so friendly and accommodating. I wish I lived in the area because I would make them my go to place."
