"This place is HORRIBLE. They said my 5 month old puppy needed anxiety medicine because he was too “wiggly.” They didn’t do the cut but said I had to pay for the dog bath or they wouldn’t give me my dog back! I was SHOCKED when they said that. Do NOT take your dog here! Whatever response they even try to give to this review is a lie. I wish I had believed the reviews I read before taking my dog here. I went to another groomer right after and they were absolutely shocked at what they said and happily took my puppy in. To the response below- there was no excessive matting. You claim to be professional groomers, it was easily manageable. You were not thrilled to welcome him back and said you all were overbooked with 4 puppy appointments today. He came ONCE prior and followed all the guidance. Please don’t lie. You threatened to not give me my dog back!! And failed to complete the service and didn’t even tell me beforehand. The lady told me “pay or you don’t get your dog back and put him between your legs and get him used to scissors.” Literally this is how I was spoken to about a dog that’s 5 months old."
