I included a picture of my nails with and without flash. The salon is also very clean with good products. This will be my go to nail salon now!"
"I’ve been here several times and really wanted to like the place. But it really depends on who you get and how nice they feel like treating you that day. On different occasions, I’ve gotten rushed pedicures that don’t last, and they’ve been rude and impatient with me when I ask for something out of the box. My last straw was when I asked them for a soak off, and they left most of the nail product on my fingers! Never going back again."
"Started coming to Best Nails during COVID and their health practices were great. They limited crowding by only accepting appts which made me very comfortable. Three years in and I have no complaints."
"The worst nail salon I have ever been too. Half do your nails and expect you to be satisfied and got the never to over charge for the service. When trying to rectify the situation they don’t want to make it right or refund. Made me call the owner which number is out of service and the other number just rings the salon. Took people that came in after me. Then told me not my situation I’m out of it. Don’t walk but run away from this establishment. Never been treated so horribly in my life. My niece could have done a better job. If I could give zero stars I would."
"I came here yesterday and got my nails done by Mymy. Although she was nice she didn’t listen to what I wanted and didn’t pay attention to anything I was telling her When I told her that the shape was too big, she told me she was going to fix the shape I said, OK, and let her do it. Then she started the french and I told her it wasn't the design I asked for. She told me it was too late.Then she had a nerve to be lazy and sloppy with the job that she did. Ill never go here again…"
