"Paw Prints Animal Hospital was pretty good in the beginning. My Fur Babies received their shots, my questions were answered, and everyone was kind. The problem came when my baby was suffering with ear pain. He was seen, tested, and it was determined nothing was wrong. Did they really test... I don't know because I couldn't go in with my baby. What I do know is that in taking my Fur Baby elsewhere, there was a problem. RX was was written and a week later, my Fur Baby is doing great. This really makes me question what is being done. We pay our money but what is really being done? So sad we have to wonder. We should know, right..."

"My 1.5 year old Pomeranian has been going to Paw Prints since he was 4 months, they were recommended by a neighbor because of their affordable prices and good care. I’ve personally never experienced any issues and sorry to those whom have because I love it here!! I will take that 45 minutes drive from VA to Waldorf any day and I always recommend Paw Prints to other pet owners. The techs are always so nice, they answer the phones when calling to make appointments and they follow up on emails. The gentleman who checks you in when you arrive to tell you where to park is always professional and nice. Out of the numerous times we’ve been for check ups and vaccines, there has only been 1 instance where we waited about an hour or so before we were seen and the staff was apologetic for the wait. I do wish we got to know the doctors a bit more since we cannot go in with our pets to ask questions or see what’s going on but I understand how their set up is and that’s what makes them efficient and keeps their cost low. The techs do a great job communicating our concerns or questions to the doctor. Thank you Paw Prints!!"

"In the last few weeks my 7 year old was seen at paw prints The first visit was scheduled as a same day by calling between between 8 and 8:30 The second visit I used the web site to communicate A little surprised by the whole parking lot reception area and in the end happy Everyone is friendly and helpful from the parking booth attendant to those receiving the pets to the vet coming to our car to explain our pets care"

"Arrived 30 minutes earlier to my appointment, had me waiting with my pet on an extremely hot day for 2 hours in car!! and when I said I was going to leave to get some fresh air with my pet they did not let me leave and said “the vet did not give you permission” I waited 2 hours for them to not even clean my cats ears correctly and not even cut their nails which was what I asked for."

"We have taken our last 2 dogs here for doctor visits and more recently for neutering. VERY reasonably priced. This is the first animal hospital that i am aware of, that you are not allowed to enter. The staffers come to your car to pick your pet up, retrieve your payment, and return your pet to you."
