"This hotel was okay. The most important thing to me was my room was clean. The hotel needs an update overall but it was okay. The pool and jacuzzi are closed for renovations which sucked. I would stay here again but it wouldn’t be my first choice. I kept hearing a slamming door in the hallway which was unsettling and annoying. But overall I felt safe."

"I stayed at the hotel after a party that was hosted on-site planning to go to work the following morning from the hotel. I got woken up by the building fire alarm at 1 AM. There didn't appear to be a fire anywhere in the building so who knows if it was a false alarm from someone pulling a switch or shoddy maintenance of the fire protection system. The broken knob on my room's bathroom door has me leaning towards poor maintenance. The room was clean at least. The bed was nice but the pillows were pancakes that only look fluffy until you lay on them."
"Had an horrible experience with this hotel on 10/5/2023. Upon arriving for a 3 o'clock check-in, we were told that the room wasn't ready and available and to come back. We called at 4pm to check the status and was told their system was down and they would call us within 20 minutes to let us know if our room was available. I inquired about a refund and was told they couldn't do anything about it because we booked through 3rd party and had to call them. We chose a pay later and learned from the 3rd party that Hilton was responsible. Then 3rd party had to call the Hilton property to confirm. After an hour and a half, we were told that it would be canceled and no charges would be made. We were also told that the Hilton had no clean rooms available. This is unacceptable. People travel hours and to be told your room isn't available and there are no clean rooms are absurd."
