"I don't usually write a review and I try to understand those who work in customer-facing roles. one of the employees (the older lady) was terrible. The moment I approached her for help, her body language and passive-aggressive approach make me uncomfortable. When I said the instore price listed on the website is 50% off, she said it is for online purchase. The price on the banana republic website for in-store purchases was 50% off. She literally said don't argue with me and it sounds like a threat that she won't give me the discount. She was aggressive, sarcastic, and unfriendly. The other employees were helpful. She should be the last person to work in this industry. I got a sense that she might be the store manager. It looks like she is running her own company. As long time customer of the brand, she doesn't represent the company value."
"Went there to return few things I bought online ! And I was surprised with collections available And the stff was super nice ! The discount was great! No much new arrivals which Is because it’s an outlet so you will not find any new arrivals ! But it’s still worth the visit. The staff was helpful and nice !"
"Way overpriced for men clothing. Overall, the style and quality are reasonable but don't justify the price. Here on Saturday, big long cashier wait with only 2 cashiers. They also don't accept students discount."
"The Store manager Nora lied to me that their systems were down and could not process an online return. When I called their customer service they told me that the store should be able to process the return. The manager “Nora” still kept on giving me some lame excuses and sent some one else to help who was able to process the return. She kept on lying to my face. Horrible experience. Not returning to this store anytime soon."
