"I went to Tangles about a week ago! Laura Davis did my hair and I love it! I showed her a few pictures and she asked a few questions and I got exactly what I wanted! My mom and sister go to her as well and she definitely does not disappoint!"
"I had been going here for years until they gave me a brand new stylist that completely ruined my hair. I am naturally brunette and had been safely taken to blond. I was going back to brunette and my blond had grown out. I wanted a medium brown with caramel highlights. Nash used a permanent color and turned my blond black, except for where it had grown out on the top it was red and there was a very visible line. They color corrected it the next week which damaged it even further and its still recovering from that whole mess."
"I love Tangles for their skincare services. My experience with hair isn’t so great. My stylist gave me an uneven haircut twice. The first time she fixed it as I was still in her chair. The 2nd time I noticed it it the next day and called to have her look at it. She declared that it was the way it was laying. Mind you, my hair was all done and curled. She told me the problem without even getting her hands in it. She never checks her haircuts, even after me going back for her to fix it. I never received an apology or any type of acknowledgment or accountability. I paid a lot of money for disappointing service and will be booking my hair appointments elsewhere."

They always book appointments with Myra and she always manages to find them an appointment slot and she does a great job with my wife's hair. She has been seeing Myra for hair appointments for six or seven years and she is always happy with the attention to detail and she gives great suggestions for hair care, style, and product. My wife would also like to say a special thank you to Brittany, Myra, and Lauren who did my daughter's wedding party hair and make-up back in October! They did an amazing job and everyone was pleased - thank you!"
