The brisket is moist, not greasy. Pulled pork’s was perfect. The smoke is perfect. Also, the best wings in the Lehigh Valley. I went with the dry rub version. PLUS… The beans were AMAZING. No one does good BBQ beans. YGP’d knocked it out of the park. Haven’t had beans that good since Smokestack in Kansas City. The only person who won’t like this place is my cardiologist. And screw him. I’m ordering more! Do yourself a favor and get porked. Just remember to order some of their sauce. You’ll want more."
