She did the decent hair cut but after i pay her 20 +2 for tips she told me on my face "too back just 2 dollars not good" what do you mean? Is giving a top is a part of service or please mention on price cards its 20 for cut+ minimum 5$ tips or more"
"I have been coming to this barbershop since it opened in 1976! It and the Post Office are I believe the only two original businesses still here. It has changed hands a few times but the haircuts have always remained very well done! I highly recommend this shop for great hair cuts! It is right in Springfield VA close to the town center. Right next to the post office Come give them a try."
