"Be prepared to wait 4 hours to complete "one cut", I have been a loyal customer for a couple of months because of the talent. Today was my breaking point, I have to be at work early in the morning and waiting 4 hours on a weeknight is unacceptable. The shop talk and conversations are overwhelming. There is an absence of respect for professional clientele. I am honestly disappointed. My experience the last 3 months has been horrific. My hope is that this establishment becomes more professional and business savvy. While there is definitely talent, there is just as much lack of respect for persons. I honestly can't recommend anyone to visit this establishment. I am always satisfied with the finished product at the expense of 4/5 hours of my time. In six months, I have never had an appointment that was on time. While I must shout out "HANDS" the barber, he is talented and gets his folks in and out. I guess I will be finding a new barbershop to visit, it sucks because I was getting my haircut weekly. (20/25 hours of wasted time a month)."
