"I’ve been to this store maybe four times ever in the past 8 years and I consistently have a problem with the register staff. I’ve come to the conclusion that they just hire incompetent staff or have strict policies for no reason. For a store where everything is basically 9.99, how complicated should any issue really be? No other store in the country has given me the problems I have in this store, and I’ve lived in 5 states. Choose a different TJ Maxx — too many other good options then to deal with them."

"I shop T.J. Maxx with some regularity. I like the value they have on high quality items. They have many designer items that are more than 50% less than major department stores. My experience at this location on this day was not great. Store was an absolute mess! Items on floor in the aisles, Merchandise hard to shop with all the clutter. I perused the cosmetic/ fragrances, the men's departments, and the shoes. I couldn't take picking through what seemed to be messy everywhere. It might be a while before I return to that location."
