"I went into this location on October 28 to purchase a pair of Nike ACG Goadome boots. I walked in and was greeted by a sales rep behind the register. The customer service ended right there. I walked right to the pair of boots I wanted, handled them and looked around for some help. I stood there for about 3 minutes and decided if I have to ask for help and I'm spending MY money , this isn't the place to purchase what I want. Two other store personnel walked right past me like I wasn't there. I put the shoe back, walked out the store and went right across the street to Foot Locker and bought two pairs of the same boot, different colors. I will never step foot in this store again. Keep it up with this type of customer service and you'll follow in the steps of Up Against the Wall, Merry Go Round and the rest of the so called urban clothing stores that went out of business."

He engaged with my young daughter in a very friendly and professional manner and treated her like a regular customer asking her if she liked her shoes and if she wanted to try on anything else even suggested other items she may like. Will definitely return for our future shoe and apparel needs."
