"The store is clean, organized, etc. as any store should be. But I wanted to write this review to give recognition to a specific employee: Maria. Maria was an absolute angel. She was so kind and helpful. She offered to hold a pair of shoes for me until tomorrow (because I forgot my card) but I realized I had enough cash so I ended up purchasing anyways. She helped me set up an account and get a birthday discount. Maria is the best employee I’ve ever encountered while shopping at DSW."

"I ordered a pair of boots online and picked them up at this location. I returned them in the store because they did not fit (calf was not wide enough). The associate that helped me had issues processing my return and could not provide me with a receipt but I didn’t mind since I had the order in my email. Fast forward to two months later and I’m still fighting with DSW to refund the cost of these boots. Overall disappointed because of the headache I have over a simple return."

"Great place for deals on designer shoes, loafers and flip flops! I'm a men's 13 so shoe shopping can be tricky, but DSW always had plenty in stock in my size. Additionally, they recycle old shoes for donations to global organizations!"

"The store is neat and clean with wide isles. The men's section is quite small and the style options tend to be limited. Staff was distracted in conversation with each other. It seems refusing to sign up for the bonus club gets tour receipt throw in the bag and you ignored."

"Wish they had a wider selection of kids shoes, but it was a hassle free experience and the shoes they did have they had every size of in stock ready to try on. The clearance section was stocked since all the boots are back there now too. Check out was a breeze and the cashier was pleasant."
