"I'm not impressed with the boot quality. They are comfortable and look good. But within a week of purchase, one of the lace grommets broke. I took it to a shoe repair specialist, and he installed a new rivet. Then, the very next time I wore them, another grommet broke. I don't have the reciept anymore and bought them in another state while visiting family so I can't return them. I'll have the repair guy replace all the rivets, because the boots are expensive, but needless to say, I won't be purchasing another pair."

"I love getting my shoes from Merrell and since this is the closest Merrell outlet to where I live, I visit here at least a few times a year. The staff is relatively helpful, though sometimes there is only one person there which is a bit difficult. Merrell shoes are top notch, so the product is definitely excellent and prices at the outlet are cheaper than anywhere else. The last time I went I had a very helpful associate who assisted me in finding a color I liked and in ordering the appropriate size online."
