"Over charge with interest. And constantly bug you if you miss a payment by a day or so. If at all possible buy used and save your money up in a jar then go get the new. Total rip off."
"I have used Rent a Center for a very long time. The people are wonderful even 8f you are late on a payment. Every time I have had an issue on an appliance they have always been right on it. "My girlfriend and I decided to rent to own a bed and bedframe. The CSR told us that we would have a monthly payment, however when we handed the money over, the rental agreement was for weekly payments and, despite demanding a receipt was not given one. We are supposed to have the items delivered tomorrow, but we have questions about the integrity of the CSR."
